GEW cold forged couplers are a parallel-threaded mechanical splicing system designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bars 16MM to 40MM.

These couplers can be easily installed and do not need a torque wrench for fixing.

The main advantage of these couplers is that they provide continuity of reinforcing bars(no staggering of splices bar)which in turn allow full ductile elongation of bar.

That is, there is no reduction of the bar cross section area resolving the bar congestion problems.

These couplers are designed and manufactured in compliance with AC|318AC|349, ASME Sec III Div.
